CIHOA Meeting #4 – VIRTUAL / Zoom Only

President’s Note
WELCOME to another season with the CIHOA – We’re excited to be back!!
We will be hosting a banquet, and will send a separate correspondence once all of those details are finalized.

As you all probably already know, OHSAA is moving to DragonFly for scheduling this season. Remember, we are ALL learning this together (so please bear with us) – DragonFly FAQ page, provided by OHSAA, is attached for your reference
Please take some time this week (by October 10) to update your availability calendars for November and December – to the best of your abilities – we know things will change between now and the start of the season (and beyond) but it will help Gui and Eric out of the gate.

CIHOA Meeting Dates
All in-person and hybrid meetings will be held at the Brooklyn Senior Community Center starting at 6:30pm. Similar to last season, some of our meetings will have the HYBRID-Zoom Option and/or Virtual ONLY, allowing for additional membership and flexibility of schedules. As we get closer to those meeting dates, we will provide a zoom link to attend virtually.
In accordance with the CIHOA Articles and Bylaws, members are required to attend 3 meetings (min).

In accordance with the CIHOA Articles and Bylaws, dues are $25 per member to be paid by the first CIHOA meeting.
For all new members, an application fee of $30 is to be paid at the first CIHOA meeting. Dues / fees can be paid the following way:
1. Venmo: @Ed-Bielecki (Preferred Payment Method)
2. PayPal: paypal.me/CIHOA (Preferred Payment Method)
3. Check (Payable to CIHOA) – Ed Bielecki 11180 Fairlawn Dr Parma, OH 44130
4. Cash with Receipt

Members whose Dues are not paid by the FIRST CIHOA meeting will be charged a late fee of $10 and be considered an INACTIVE MEMBER.
